How it works
Five steps. The first three take eight minutes. The rest happens while you do something else.
01
Plain English, in a chat box. "Sarah's bachelorette weekend in Nashville, June 12–14." Or: "A year of Charlie [the dog]." Or: "My grandma's 80th."
Three other tools work alongside the chat:
The tools combine. "Every photo of Mom in 2024."
02
Claude reads every candidate photo against your description — checking faces, dates, places, content. Results land in two buckets:
Hover any photo to see why we picked it. "Sarah, June 12 morning, downtown Nashville." No black box.
03
Drag photos between Definitely and Maybe. Remove anything you don't want. Add your own from anywhere in your library — "This one isn't from the weekend but it's perfect."
Then tell us how to format it:
Or just describe it: "Make it feel like a Sunday New York Times photo essay."
04
A hardcover preview renders in your browser. Swap a photo, edit a caption, or just hit approve.
Approved books go to Lulu Direct, which prints from the closest center to each recipient. Add as many addresses as you want — no extra shipping cost beyond print + mail per copy.
Typical wait in the US: 7–14 days.
05
On Member or Studio, your saved face library carries from book to book. Make a wedding book with Mom in it, then a birthday book with Mom and Dad — we already know who they are.
Unlimited re-curations, every specialty template (wedding, baby, trip, memorial), a lifetime digital flipbook archive. Books at $9 each beyond your monthly credit on Studio.
Five years from now, the shelf has five hardcovers. Twenty years from now, the people in them fight over them.
