You, ten minutes
Drag in the finished gallery — the same export you'd hand a client, from whatever you shot. We generate the display and print sizes, and skip any file that's already in the gallery, so dropping the same folder twice doesn't double it.
We keep derivatives, not your originals: a thumbnail, a preview, and a print-resolution file. The original file is never uploaded at all, so your archive stays yours and stays on your drive.
Us, a few minutes
Hickory reads every frame and builds a full book — cover, sequence, pacing, and page count. It arrives finished, not as a blank template waiting for you. It works from capture times and the photos themselves, never from a shoot type, so it adapts to the shape of whatever you uploaded rather than dropping it into a genre mould.
Then you edit like an editor, not a designer. Cut the frames you don't want in the book, change the cover, switch the design template, and write the captions — or ask for a suggested one and keep it only if it's right. You never lay out a spread.
Your client, on their phone
Send one link. Your client browses on their phone, favorites what they love, and buys the book without making an account. Everything they see carries your studio's name.
We print and ship straight to them. One cost comes out of the sale — printing, shipping and our per-copy fee, shown to you as a single figure beside the price field — and the rest is yours. You never touch a box, and nothing in the package points back to us.

Hickory books are press-printed casewrap hardcovers in full colour on 80# coated stock. They are not lay-flat flush-mount albums, and we won't market them as such. Sell this beside your flagship album, not in place of it. Pitch it that way — the companion, never the replacement.
